I used to think movement was just about burning calories or fitting into clothes.

Now I know — it’s so much deeper.

Movement has become my therapy, my detox, my way to process life.

It shifted my sleep, my hormones, my blood sugar, my mood… and my pain.

The aches I thought were just “part of aging” started to fade.

Less stiffness. Less inflammation.

More flow. More ease. More strength.

I used to judge people who said they “had to move” even on vacation… but the truth was, I didn’t understand yet.

Movement clears stagnation.

It drains lymph, supports detox, calms inflammation, strengthens bones, balances blood sugar —
but even more than that, it brings you back home to your body.

You don’t have to love every workout,
but you do need to find the kind of movement that makes you feel alive.

It’s wild how balance works: fire + water, passion + peace, movement + stillness. When you lean into the things that bring you true joy, you create space for healing.
