🌿For me, summer is all about good food and margaritas. But something about fall hits different.. it’s about slowing down, simmering up good soups, and taking care of our bodies. 🍂
Between work, kids’ sports, and the cooler weather creeping in, a sauna sesh is exactly what we need to shake off the chill, sweat out the summer toxins, and prep for those long, dark winter days. 🔥

Full disclosure: I cringe doing these voiceovers because I hate the sound of my own voice-but here we are 😂
Now that the kids are back in school, I’ve been trying to start the first hour of my day with self-care and gratitude.
And yes… that’s me in my ugly-but-comfy polka dot robe. She’s hideous, but she’s loyal 🩷

🍓💧For my vitamin water, every day is different. It depends on what fruit is left over in my kids lunches lol but if I can pick my favorite, it’d be half a cup of strawberries, sliced, half of a lemon, sliced, fill the cup with water and put in the fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning. And I always add vitamin D drops. ☀️

🏃🏽‍♀️Life is always so go, go, go.. until we are forced to slow down.
Why is it that we only seem to take a deep breath when we walk outside, lay on our bed after a long day, or for me… when I step into the sauna?

Why do we wait until those quiet moments to feel peace, instead of finding it throughout our day?

Maybe it’s time we start making space for stillness- not just when the day is done, but while we’re living it. ✨

When the world feels heavy… and lately, even the air feels weighted.. & some days it feels like the noise never stops.

❄️But then this morning.. it was cold, still, & quiet.
The kind of morning that asks you to breathe deeper.
🔥To step into the heat and let it melt away what you’ve been carrying.
To plunge into the cold and remember what it means to feel alive.

Somehow, in the middle of that contrast, the fire and the frost, everything slows down. The air is lighter, and easier to breath.
& you realize that personal peace isn’t something you find; it’s something you create, one breath at a time.

🥂👯‍♀️Mocktails, snacks, & robes.. the ultimate girls night combo!

Sometimes I just need to book the sauna for my girls birthday and fuel our souls with good company and cozy vibes. 🔥

Sitting around the fire, groups taking rounds in the sauna and cold plunge, and breaking for snacks- that just slaps.

This past Thanksgiving weekend, we delivered this 6.5’ diameter, 8’ long, Traditional Barrel Sauna to an amazing family in Cold Lake! 🍂🔥

Imagine stepping into your own backyard retreat permanently.. warm, peaceful, and ready whenever you are.

Delivered, set up, and ready to enjoy. That includes everything you see! Large cedar barrel, finished in sico oil and a tin roof. Wood stove, ladle and bucket, temp gauge,step up and delivered!

Not sure if you want to own! We still have our rental unit! $200 for one night, $350 for the whole weekend!!

* Price is estimated, as every Sauna build is custom. Whether you want electric or wood stove, lighting ect.. delivery is also dependent on location.
