Hello all
During this time of physical distancing and extra care for those most vulnerable to COVID-19 we are having to work differently.
Presently we are unable to provide services in Long-Term Care, Acute Care or the Senior's Lodge of Cold Lake but are still able to provide services at Points West Living .
If you have booked services and are not feeling well please phone to cancel or re-book, the safety of your family and ours is our highest priority.
If you or someone you know is in a high risk category or is immunocompromised we can help by bringing necessities like food or medications or providing access to needed medical appointments. Please phone to book an appointment
Until further notice all Foot Clinics are cancelled however we can still provide these services in home. Our staff follow Universal Precautions and the guidelines for safety against COVID19 both in the community and in your home.
Stay home if you can, use physical distancing if you must go out and stay healthy.
