📣 Important Update from Sonja Schaper, RMT

Effective today, I will be closing my online booking for the remainder of the year.

Each year, I notice a significant increase in clients booking multiple appointments to “use up my benefits.” I do not subscribe to this philosophy. My priority is — and always will be — those seeking treatment for ongoing healthcare and rehabilitation needs.

If you already have appointments booked and I find any concerns that appointments may fall into this “benefit rush” pattern, I’ll be reaching out personally so we can discuss it.

If you’re fortunate to have extended health benefits, I encourage you to use them throughout the year — not just at the end. Consistent care provides far greater benefit to your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing than a year-end rush ever could.

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support during these first two weeks in my new location. Your patience, kindness, and flexibility throughout this transition have meant so much to me, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I’ve worked through any small hiccups along the way.

For those who have already visited, I hope you’ve enjoyed the new space! And for those with upcoming appointments, I look forward to welcoming you soon.

Thank you again for your continued trust and support—I feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful clients and be a part of this amazing community.

✨ Exciting News! ✨

Sonja Schaper, RMT, is on the move—again! But don’t worry, this should (hopefully!) be the last stop. 🚚💨 As of March 15, 2025, all massage therapy appointments will take place at 11 Coldwater Rd, with access off of Michael Anne Dr.

This move will not affect any existing appointments—everything remains as scheduled, just with a fresh new space! Keep an eye out for appointment reminders and more details at the end of this week.

Thank you for your understanding and support—I can’t wait to welcome you to the new location! 💆‍♀️💜
