NEW CLASS!!!
We are excited to announce that Lower Body Reset with Taylor starts Tuesday, March 24th at 10:30am.
This weekly class is a lower-body focused practice designed to improve mobility, build strength, and release tension from the feet up. Blending yoga and myofascial release, we use props like therapy balls and blocks to target the hips, glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and feet.
Expect creative, intelligently sequenced flows that challenge stability and coordination, balanced with intentional pauses for breath and stillness. With an emphasis on anatomical alignment and precise cueing, this class helps you connect breath to muscle, build functional strength, and move with greater ease.
