Burnout dims our spark quietly… until one day we realize we’re running on fumes. This is a deeply experiential session designed to guide you from exhaustion and overwhelm back into your body, your breath, and your truth.
Through grounding practices, intuitive movement, restorative breathwork, journaling, and guided self-reflection, you’ll reconnect with the part of you that never burned out - your flame, your clarity, your inner resilience.
Explore somatic tools that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the slow, steady reclaiming of your energy. This is not performance. It’s not “push harder.” It’s an invitation to soften, listen inward, and return to yourself in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more you, with a renewed sense of possibility and momentum for whatever comes next.
This workshop is for anyone who has been giving, holding, hustling… and is ready to reclaim their spark.
Dates: Sun, March 1st and Sat, April 25th from 10am - 1pm
