I wanted to share a little more context around why I’m offering this January online Spinal Energetics reset.

Spinal Energetics works with the nervous system, and the nervous system learns through repetition, safety, and familiarity. It’s not about one big moment, it’s about how the body continues to meet the work over time.

For January, I’m offering a private online Spinal Energetics reset:
3 × 30-minute one-on-one sessions | $99

For those who are newer to this work, this container gives you a way to experience Spinal Energetics without a huge upfront commitment, while still giving your nervous system enough consistency to begin learning the work.

And for those of you who’ve already worked with me, this is simply a way to continue your Spinal work in a different structure, one that offers more flexibility and fits more easily into life right now.

With Newfoundland weather being what it is, getting to appointments isn’t always realistic. Roads can be treacherous, sessions get cancelled, and for many people living in rural areas, getting into town is a real challenge. At the same time, the seasonal blues are very real, and support matters.

Offering this online is about keeping the work accessible, consistent, and available, no matter where you are on the island.
