For years she stood beside me through every training, every retreat, every wild calling I felt pulled toward, not because it was hers but because she supported me. And then breath called her. Not the soft trendy kind, the real kind. The kind that meets you in the fire. The kind that steadies the nervous system of someone who has seen and carried a lot. Brevaya Breath was born from that. Breath in motion because breath in motion is life in motion.
I have watched what this work has done for her. I have watched her come home to herself through it. And now she is stepping forward to offer it to the community and family we have built through all of my crazy adventures and callings over the years, and as an extension of her own heart to her firefighting family and extended first responder family as well.
