I’ve had multiple Instagram accounts for a while, keeping my passions separate—keeping myself fragmented.

But I don’t want to exist in pieces anymore.

This is me choosing to show up fully, to create, to heal, to live, and to see—with more clarity. All these interests intertwine within me, so why not let it all dance together out here? I’m excited to open up new conversations, spark inspiration, and grow alongside with you.

Did you know I’ve been improving my eyesight naturally?
Or.. that I love creating beautiful things —through dance, wooden jewelry, sewing, to name a few.

We have:
🐣 Intro classes
🐥 Classes for those that want and are ready to dive in deeper
🦅 Workout class where we are going to train our body with physical challenge and balance that out with training our body to release and relax.
🦩Yoga class that will be guided by Karen Steele to help us to open up and embody the shaking afterwards

in a live or death situation; an animal 🦌 (and humans 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️) might reach a point where they think they are done for.

They then go into the Freeze Response.

They freeze up, unable to move, start to disconnect from their body and environment and the body releases a chemical to numb itself. This is so it does not feel as much pain when it is attacked.

This is a handy tool in certain situations!
But in other situations... it could be a pattern that gets us stuck 😬

In our modern life; a stressful event could entice the same response.

-> If we have argument with our partner, we could numb ourselves and disconnect from our partners.

-> if we loose our job we could mentally freeze, get stuck and can’t figure out a solution on how to get a new job.

If we find ourselves getting to this hopeless, numbed point quite often, it’s good to find tools that helps us reset our nervous system. ��

Shaking could be that tool for you. 😉

Normally when we exercise, we are always tensing our body, challenging, and stimulating it, but we don't balance it out with training our body to relax, loosen up and release those tense muscles.

Sometimes that’s how we end up with stiff muscles and an over agitated mind. 🤯
When we really want healthy toned muscles and a calm mind 😊

This class will be a little different!

Half the class we'll be challenging our body and mind through a High Intensity workout. 💪

The other half of the class we'll be training our body to relax. You'll be learning to activate your shaking mechanism to release tense muscles, for better muscle recovery and to just feel good all around! 😎

This is the polyvagal curve and it shows the different mental spaces that we could be at throughout our experience. 
If you haven’t seen it before, take a moment to soak this in. 



Take a moment to notice and ask yourself:


Am I often in the social engagement?
Feeling open, connected, mindful?

 😀🥰😌

Am I often on the fight & flight response?
Often agitated? Often worried? 🫤🤔😤

When something stressful happens do I tend to jump right into the freeze response? Putting up walls, disconnecting, feeling hopelessness? 😥🫥😶

Shaking is a natural function in your body so it can bring itself into balance.
It’s something to re-learn so we can use on our own.
👉 It’s inside ourselves 👈

TRE is a fairly new western method to access this mechanism in your body.
But many tribes and cultures were accessing them and using them before TRE.

This is not new and trendy.
This is something to learn about yourself and your own body.
