I am not surprised anymore that almost every other beat I create there is a certain amount of silence that I plays into the mix. In percussion, using silence as rhythm is so powerful.

Every week we channel the energies available in the field that come through the light of the sun. We interpret the week’s astrological themes and create resources to help you process and work with the present moment.

Life often moves with a chaotic and unpredictable rhythm. This is a living method that works with that flow, adapting its resources week by week to what’s actually unfolding.

Each meditation includes supportive reflections and affirmations, journal prompts, and simple practices. The meditations are accompanied by sound-healing instruments, used to deepen, attune, and support the experience.

Grooves are back, magic driven, heart based.

This is a classic Latin American groove totally inspired by the psychedelic Santana vibes! Probably will pull out rhythms like this at our upcoming Rhizoma event in Collingwood at on April 18!
