Grooves are back, magic driven, heart based.

I love experimentation, working with boundaries and limits, and mixing it all up, and hand percussion is my canvas.

These sounds may sound super experimental, they are and they are also following a rule, I am doing the same pattern with my hands, at the same tempo, on different drums, creating an alternating sequence as if it were three different songs, playing a similar pattern at a different moment in time....

Isn't it super interesting and cool?

Inner Activation Meditation: A weekly gift from the universe ✨

A new meditation is released each Tuesday at 7pm and can be streamed in your own time.

Every week we channel the energies available in the field that come through the light of the sun. We interpret the week’s astrological themes and create resources to help you process and work with the present moment.

Life often moves with a chaotic and unpredictable rhythm. This is a living method that works with that flow, adapting its resources week by week to what’s actually unfolding.

Each meditation includes supportive reflections and affirmations, journal prompts, and simple practices. The meditations are accompanied by sound-healing instruments, used to deepen, attune, and support the experience.

If you want to join and funds are an issue, please reach out. No one will be rejected for lack of funds.

Grooves are back, magic driven, heart based.

This one is a unique rhythm as the "kick" or bassy sound of the larger drum is pulsing on the 2 and not on the 1. the middle wooden drum essentially leads the whole thing rhythmically and melodically, so the bass or kick can now have a very different vibe and purpose coming on the 2.
