The annual YMCA Collingwood "Y-Ride" is coming up soon on April 11th!

We are psyched to be joining in for the giant group cycle class in support of YMCA Simcoe Muskoka and their important programming. One to four hours of spinning is a great way to get active at the same time!

This initiative helps support lower income families and individuals, by giving them access to memberships, child and youth programming, and community programming at a subsidized cost.

As regular users of the YMCA, we greatly appreciate the staff and programming they offer, and our family is there almost every day of the week! We enjoy the spin class, the gym, and both kids attend the stay and play child programming regularly.

In order to give back, we have donated a basket for the silent auction and made a donation. We will be sharing this link to our story and saving it to our highlights on instagram.

Working alongside other local businesses has always been a passion of ours from the start. We did not foresee the amount of inventory we would have to carry from an operational standpoint when we first launched. Originally, we sought climate-controlled storage in Collingwood, which was challenging to find. We were so glad to find some warehouse storage space at Turpin Moving and Storage back in 2024.

What began as a convenient place to store our inventory here in town grew into a lasting business relationship between us and Zach Turpin and his team. Over the years, the demand for warehouse space has increased, along with the demand for warehousing services. Dalton Koolhaas has been diligently managing the warehousing side of things for us, which was part of the reason for the birth of their sister company CWD Logistics and Warehousing.

But their involvement doesn't end there. We work with two manufacturing plants in Ontario, which manufacture and package all our products. The safe transport of our goods is all handled by Turpin Moving and CWD Logistics for freight, including receiving, reconciliation, and organization.

Turpin Moving and Storage recently invested in a new space to operate out of, while keeping the logistics and warehousing space for CWD separate, giving both companies greater opportunity for expansion!

The entire team regularly does hard, physical labour in their day-to-day endeavours, which results in a need to stay hydrated and strong. We are thrilled to be able to support the team while they lift and move various goods, furniture, appliances and more on a daily basis. The team loves using the Strawberry Lemonade Hydrate and the Iced Protein Coffee.

We are so glad to have found these local guys who are here pounding the pavement to support Collingwood the region. They regularly move people in the GTA and surrounding areas as well. ⚠️New athlete alert !!

We are thrilled to invite our newest athlete onto the team - here's a bit more about her!

"Hi my name is Ruby Wells and I live in Squamish BC and I’m 15 years old. I absolutely love downhill mountain biking! I have been biking since I could walk and I have loved it ever since ☺️ I was the 2024 DH National champ and I was awarded the Stevie Smith Memorial Award at Crankworx Whistler last year. I plan on racing a few US races and lots of Crankworx races this year! Racing at the World Level has been a dream of mine since I was very young and I’m working hard to pursue that dream! “

We love supporting young, up and coming athletes in their fitness pursuits - and Ruby is no exception.

We can't wait to see all that's in store for her!

Exciting news! 🎉🎉

This year, we are finally transitioning our entire line into pouches instead of tubs!!

We originally wanted to launch in this type of packaging, but it was extremely economically difficult for us because of our size at the time. You have to order a minimum of 3,000 bags per SKU just to make it worthwhile!

When you first launch a business, there are things that you have to learn along the way, and sometimes this can result in changes in the design or verbiage of your packaging. We couldn't justify ordering 3,000 for each product just in case something changed (and it did many times!)

This is something that we've always wanted for our business. It is a massive undertaking and a painstaking process to make this transition, so it's been something that has been in the works for almost two years now.

Our new packaging is made in Burlington, ON - making both the contents and packaging fully Ontario-made!

Over the course of the next 12 months, each product will move into pouches. There will be some transition with some products arriving in tubs, and some in the new pouches as we work through our stock. So keep your eyes peeled 🙂

We take product research very seriously. The latest analysis was comparing all the major greens powders on the market to see how ours stacks up.

Comparing greens powders is genuinely difficult. Long ingredient lists, marketing jargon, unclear labels, and broad health claims make it hard to understand what you’re actually getting or whether spending over $100 on certain brands (not ours 😉) is justified.

With large multi-ingredient formulas, assessing dosing, effectiveness, and value for money is challenging, and many products can look impressive on a label while offering little real benefit. As a result, consumers can easily be taken advantage of.

We recently visited athlete Alex Bonwick to drop off a new favourite for him.

Alex recently shared his love of the Piña Colada Ultimate Greens with us, which was a new flavour variety we added last year.

After tabulating the 2025 customer referrals from our team of 50+ athletes and affiliates, we determined Alex was the #1 earner on our team last year!

Alex is an IDFA bodybuilder who also dabbles in powerlifting, strongman, and MMA fighting. This past year his focus has been on both maintaining his physique, but also training his clients via his company Sentinel Sports, with two of them making debut appearances on stage in December 2025.

Congratulations Alex on being our top earner in 2025.

Warehousing and logistics are an essential part of our business now that we've grown to the size we're at.

Throughout the last year, we've been working closely with another local business - it started with us needing some warehouse space, but has grown into much more than that!

After a year of rapid growth in both our business and his, Zach Turpin and his team have risen to the challenge and now provide us with not just warehouse space, but full inventory management, picking, shipping and receiving, and logistics.

This growth is necessary for us to continue facilitating orders from both our online store and retail partners, with the demand for much higher inventory levels than ever before.

Turpin Moving and Storage has now expanded into a new realm spearheaded by Dalton Koolhaas (pictured) and it's called CWD Logistics & Warehousing - a sister company that handles all of the warehousing needs, while the moving company continues to service Collingwood and surrounding areas. They have recently invested in some serious warehouse racking, which houses all our products as seen in the photo!

We will continue working closely with both companies to manage our growing needs - it's so exciting to experience the rapid growth both in our business and in theirs, and we can't wait to see what the future holds !

The winter weather has come with its share of challenges - with road closures affecting our ability to ship parcels, we had to get a bit creative to get things out in a timely manner.

In true Canadian fashion, we used a toboggan to transport parcels through the several inches of snow we received 🤣

We called upon Thrive affiliate Mark to help us out with moving 85 parcels that couldn't go out due to weather from Stayner back to Collingwood.

We loaded up the Thrivemobile and Mark's vehicle and ferried them all back here for pickup.

Huge shout-out to UPS driver Eric in Collingwood who personally handbombed all 85 parcels into his truck to make sure our loyal customers received their orders as quick as possible given the conditions.

Thanks to Mark for stepping up and giving us a hand! He's heading down to Florida away from the snow for the D***y Disney race this week - (5km,10km,half marathon and full marathon, 4 days in a row 🫠).
