Victoria and Luna’s last day of the year will be December 19th! They will be off for two weeks enjoying some well deserved rest!

They will be back at it in the new year on January 5th!

Things are getting festive at Pure Movement! Our little elf has been busy creating beautiful holiday arrangements, and we’re excited to share them with you. 🎄

We’ll be selling them at the office for $25 (cash only), with all profits donated to the Georgian Triangle Humane Society.

Limited quantities available!

💛 Huge thank you to everyone who donated to our food drive over the past few weeks!

We collected 76 items — including tons of pasta, beans, and tuna — all going to a great cause! 🙌

And an extra-special shoutout to .eyewear for their generous $250 donation to a local charity of the race winner’s choice. Victoria chose to donate her winnings to Our Friend’s House 💕

Aqua Therapy is BACK at Centennial! Registration opens THIS WEDNESDAY at 11:30am.

Classes will run for 8 weeks.
Mondays: October 20 - December 8
Wednesdays: October 22 - December 10

Cost: $85.00

NOTE: due to the popularity of the class we ask that you sign up for 1 class and you can give your preference for a second class to the Centennial Customer Service Rep.

Brad asked me the other day how mad I would be if he came out and ran the Collingwood 10K and beat me. My response was 11/10 mad 😅The reason: I’ve been running consistently ALL YEAR and he has not.

BUT IT’S ON! My competitive side has taken over, I’ve signed him up and ramped up my training and so has he.

Who do you think is going to win?

Brad
Annoyingly athletic
Resting HR - 43 bpm
Sport - Hockey
Last Race - the 2017 Apple Run (now Turkey Trot) in Thornbury, where he ran 5km in 27-ish minutes (we can’t find the official time) but came 2nd in his age group (of 2)

Victoria
Athletic enough
Resting HR - 58 bpm
Sport - Running (since Grade 7 - but is pretty average)
Last Race:
Trail - 14k Limberlost Challenge: 1:45:46
Road - 21k Butter Tart Half: 1:54:29

And just like that, we’re back from camping in Temagami! 🩵🐶

Luna will be out of office for the rest of the week recovering from all the swimming, running, hiking and duck chasing she was doing over the last few days!

I’ll be working on responding to all the emails and messages over the next few days!

Registration opens TOMORROW, Saturday August 2nd and classes begin the week of August 11th!

Aqua Circuit
Mondays at 10:00am - 4/4 spots
$60+HST

Balance and Mobility
Wednesdays at 10am - 5/5 spots
$46.50 +HST

Aqua Cardio and Strength
Thursdays at 12:30pm - 4/4 spots
$60 +HST

If these spots fill up, more options will become available!

Centennial Classes

Aqua Therapy Class
Classes will run through the month of August but in a drop in format. Registration is still required on a weekly basis (so we know people are attending) and can be completed one week prior to the class via the online portal or calling the front desk.

Mondays: August 11-25
Wednesdays: August 13-27

Cost : regular drop in price

Balmoral classes are back the week of August 11th!
