Client Appreciation Post ❤️
I've had the pleasure of working with my dear client, Anne, for 11 strong years now. When I lived in Toronto, we trained as many as 3 x week, and then moved to the virtual space when I moved to Collingwood. She's been incredibly commited to the process and continues to make her health and fitness a priority in her life. I've seen this woman become a leader in her profession, empowering other women with their finances and creating inroads for generations to come. She's now embarking on a 120km hike in the Arctic come July 2026. I feel incredibly grateful to continue guiding her towards this goal and have no doubt she will be amply prepared. 💪🏻
Lastly, it's really worth noting that in those 11 years of training, Anne, like the majority of my clients, has not been set-back by an exercise related injury. We train using a balanced approach, heavily focused on functional training. In her re-assessment today, which I had the pleasure of doing in-person, it was so very clear how aware she is of her body; a skillset she has strengthened over time and that keeps her safe.
Thanks Anne for being such a great client, and for so many years!
