Karen is now the person all the new clients look to when learning what to do on the reformer. She works so hard and because she leans in to the work, she is healing her knee and foot mechanics which reduces her pain and allows her to work harder.

And ideal client who gives it her all, she has also lost weight and sculpted since starting here.

When we told her JUMPBOARD would help her knee issues, she “jumped” at the chance and learned why - and now uses jumpboard and Barre Core to strengthen hips, knees and ankles for optimum stability in between her other two classes.

Jacqueline is working on a pelvic alignment imbalance due to extreme sports in her her youth. We are correcting her foot grounding position all the way to her neck and jaw with success in relatively high increments because she is an athlete who actually does her homework.

Also… because she is strong - we get to do all the Pilates fun things that expedite the healing process.
