Titan Pilates Teacher Training this weekend. These students are true Pilates teachers through and through. Not everyone understands the depth of knowledge and skill required to carry forward the Pilates Method. It’s in their DNA already. So excited to see their progress in the coming year. Because if your training took less than a year… you likely aren’t trained in the Pilates Method.

Movember is so important because men are all kinds of AMAZING!! But let’s be real… they push personal limits sometimes to extremes and often ignore signs of fatigue or illness. The “no pain-no gain” and the “I can handle it all myself” mantra often gets in the way of personal health matters…. Both physical and mental.
