We’re thrilled to welcome Nicole as the new Director of Wellness of Living Water Retirement Residence!

Nicole is no stranger to Collingwood, as she has lived locally since childhood. Nicole has been nursing for 15 years with many of the last 7 years focused on managing teams in the retirement sector. As a local, Nicole is very familiar with the resources that are available within our community. Nicole leads her teams with compassion and caring.

Outside of work, Nicole is a mother of two. She can be found on the bay, or on the trails with her Goldendoodle.

Monica brings over 15 years of experience dedicated to serving and supporting seniors. Over the past 12 years, she has led teams in the retirement sector as both a General Manager and Director of Care. Her leadership is guided by compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to promoting the dignity, safety, and well-being of every resident.

Outside of work, Monica is a proud mother of three and brings the same warmth, patience, and care to her role that she shares with her family.

She’s excited to join the Living Water Retirement community and looks forward to seeing everyone’s smiling faces!
