It might be a tough climb up, but it's always worth it!

This was a trek the other day, Stanley 🐕 didn't want to come (he's in hibernation), so I said, "Come on, let's do this! I was so glad I did. The view at the top was blinding!!
I swear there is zero filter on this. It was so bright my eyes watered, and I could hardly even see to take the photo.
I am grateful for this moment, I am grateful for my health & body, and that it allows me to do the things I love with the people I love ❤️

Here's the challenge: LOVE every day, be love, show love, give love, make love! Do all the love.
Make the effort to do simple acts of kindness for others, do them for yourself! I'll be posting here with self-love tips and ways to incorporate love this month. ✨️

I'd love it if you would comment something that you're comfortable sharing about LOVE.

What is niacinamide?
Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that supports the skin barrier and improves hydration.
Why incorporate it into your skincare routine?
This is an all season beneficial ingredient, but especially in winter, when skin is more prone to dryness and sensitivity, niacinamide helps keep skin calm, resilient, and well-hydrated.

Thoughts on "holistic beauty"...
In so many ways, this sums it up from a different perspective. Taking time to make yourself and your family/friends a delicious, nourishing and whole food meal, the aromatic experience in the house, that feeling when you come in from a cold wintery day to a hot bowl of soup. It's soothing. It's comfort. it's a beautiful thing!

I've talked with a few friends lately, and a few common feelings have been shared, they are hitting the "January blues."
When we push ourselves too hard in winter, we work against our natural rhythm and the flow of light and dark

Winter is a time for resting more, getting cozy, journaling, enjoying warming foods, and nurturing yourself. This season of slowing down isn’t a setback. It’s preparation.

Come spring, you’ll awaken refreshed and ready to bloom again. 🌼

Don't be so hard on yourself...
