We had a great time Saturday night at our full moon flow! Huge shouts to Angel Wings Yoga and to everyone who came out, we raised $160 for My Friend's House — every dollar counts! We are so grateful, and we’ll be flowing with the Yogies in spirit tonight!

Mark your calendars, Yogies: We’re running a FREE FULL MOON YOGA FLOW AND FIRE DANCE on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 9-10 p.m. at Sunset Point in Collingwood! Cash donations are welcome and will be collected for My Friend's House. Also, and best: the inimitable Angel from Angel Wings Yoga is bringing her fire-dance skills to the park, and we can’t wait!
