Gentle reminder 🤍 Fertility Support Group is gathering tomorrow evening at Gather.

Hosted by Tasha Paige of Glacier Counselling, this space is open to those navigating a fertility journey who may be seeking support, connection, or simply a place to sit with others who understand. This supportive community is for individuals experiencing infertility and looking for a space of understanding and shared experience.

There is no obligation to share come exactly as you are.

Tina is a Yoga Therapist and Reformer Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people move, heal, and feel better in their bodies. Her work is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and over 2,000 hours of therapeutic training. She offers a gentle, supportive space for those navigating pain, recovery, stress, or simply wanting to move with more ease.

Beginning February, Tina will be offering private Yoga & Reformer Pilates Therapy sessions.

✨ Sneak peek! ✨

Our Reformer Pilates & Yoga Therapy room is coming together inside Canopy — a bright, cozy space designed for healing, strength, and mindful movement. This room will be home to offerings from practitioners we love, including Tina Pringle of Evolve Movement Therapy, who will soon be welcoming clients for private sessions and courses.

One of the first offerings is ‘Finding Inner Peace’ a practical meditation course to support stress relief, resilience, and calm. No prior experience needed. The course is already open for booking via Gather Comox’s event page.

This space will continue to grow, with future offerings from Cleo as well. We can’t wait to share it with you. 🤍

• Dec 27 | 10:00–2:00 (in person + online)
• Dec 29 | 2:00–6:00 (in person + online)
• Dec 31 | 1:00–4:00 (online only)
• Jan 2 | 10:00–1:30 (in person + online)

Whether the season feels full, tender, or overwhelming, support is available. Sessions can be booked for in-person or online care, depending on the date.

Tasha specializes in Perinatal Mental Health, offering compassionate support through infertility, pregnancy loss, early parenthood, life transitions, and grief.

Her own lived experience navigating infertility and high-risk pregnancy informs her deep empathy and commitment to helping others through this vulnerable and transformative time.

Drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches, Tasha creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients can feel seen, supported, and understood.
