Meet our Physios in March
Chelsey joined our team in January of 2020 and what a crazy time in the health care industry to begin a new job! Chelsey brings her excellent manual therapy skills and exercise prescription everyday to the clinic along with her engaging smile and quick wit. She works Monday to Friday and is currently accepting new clients. When she’s not at the clinic, you might see her on the volleyball court or on the golf course. Just as she is a great physiotherapist, she is also an amazing golfer. She won the ladies club Championship at her Crown Isle club and she and her mixed team also qualified to represent in Cape Breton to compete in the RBC fall scramble and finished 5th place out of 20 teams across the country!

Meet our physios in March!
Physiotherapist Jared Hromika has been with Ascent Physiotherapy since 2015. He joined our clinic after moving to the valley from Vancouver. Jared has a special interest in lymphatic treatment - it's not just a treatment for lymphedema!! Jared also incorporates manual therapy, IMS and acupuncture in his practice. Jared worked and received certification in Bike Fitting with a former physio/national champion cyclist during his time working in Vancouver. Jared is currently accepting new clients and happy to help you reach your goals!

Congratulations!

After battling hard for three days at the RBC PGA of Canada National Scramble, our Crown Isle Team of Adrien Wright, Alan Dack, Sue Finneron, and Chelsea and Pieter de la Rey finished in 5th place out of 20 teams from across the country. They represented us extremely well, and we are proud of their play. Great job Team Crown!!

Our team representing Crown Isle have had a fantastic first 24 hours at Cabot Cape Breton and the RBC Scramble. Last night, Pieter de la Rey won the night golf shootout! Today, the Team of professional Adrien Wright, Sue Finneron, Alan Dack, Chelsea and Pieter de la Rey fired the lowest round of the day on the Cabot Links Course of 14 under, and find themselves in 5th place overall in this net event. There are two more rounds remaining, and we wish our team luck as they try to move up the leaderboard tomorrow on the amazing Cabot Cliffs Course. Good luck guys!!
