We want to take a moment to kindly remind everyone how our scheduling works. When someone doesnβt show up or cancels last-minute, that appointment time, which could have gone to another person waiting for care, is lost. And unlike hourly jobs, our providers are only paid for the clients they see.
Lately, weβve had quite a few no-shows and very late cancellations, and it really does impact both our team and other clients who are hoping to get in.
To help keep things running smoothly for everyone, we respectfully ask that appointments are confirmed at least one day in advance. While we completely understand that things come up last minute, we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
