As a small, locally owned clinic, every appointment plays an important role in our daily schedule. Late cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for care, and no-shows result in unused appointment time.

Because our practitioners are paid per appointment, missed time directly impacts them.

Effective immediately, a $30 fee may be applied to cancellations made within 24 hours or to missed appointments. Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen and will always apply this policy at our discretion.
