You don’t need a diagnosis to ask for help. Mental health is something we all have, it’s how we think, feel, and move through life. Mental illness refers to diagnosable conditions that impact mood, thinking, and daily functioning.

But support isn’t just for when things feel “serious enough.” Counselling can help with stress, burnout, life changes, relationship challenges or simply getting to know yourself better.
