Coping with racing thoughts is something many people experience, yet it can often feel confusing, overwhelming, or isolating. We might find ourselves wondering, “Why do we think this way?” or “Why can’t we stop thinking? “Only to be met with even more thoughts.

This week’s session is focused on coping with the “racing mind.” Together, we’ll explore:

✔️ Why our brains think the way they do

✔️ Common thinking patterns that can lead to distress

✔️ Practical ways to respond to and cope with difficult thoughts

sessions are open, welcoming spaces to learn more about mental health and access helpful resources. We hope you’ll leave feeling more supported, understood, and empowered.
