Spinning or lightheaded... do you know the difference?

Vertigo and dizziness aren’t the same thing, even though they’re often confused.

👉 Vertigo feels like the room is spinning (usually from inner ear issues)

👉 Dizziness feels more like lightheadedness or unsteadiness (think dehydration or low blood pressure)

Understanding the difference can help you get the right treatment, whether that’s vestibular rehab or just a good rest and rehydration.

Here’s the truth... pain isn’t always the first sign something’s wrong.
You can have muscle imbalances, joint stiffness, or poor movement patterns long before you ever feel discomfort.
