Attention clients for Thursday February 19- motor vehicle incident at intersection of Guildford and Lansdowne has closures affecting the area. Please consider alternate routes when coming to the clinic today.

Due to a motor vehicle incident at the intersection of Guildford Way and Lansdowne Drive the Westbound lanes of Guildford Way and Northbound lanes of Lansdowne Drive are currently closed.

There is no estimated time for re-opening.
Motorists are asked to use a different route and avoid the area.

Attention to our clients who might come along Guildford Way to come to our clinic. Road work happening on Feb 17 and 18 could cause congestion or delays so please plan your route accordingly.

🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT 🚧
BC Hydro will be completing utility work along Guildford Way from Pacific Street to Pinetree Way on February 17 and 18, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

During construction, eastbound and westbound traffic will be limited to a single-lane along sections of Guildford Way. Traffic control personnel will assist pedestrians and cyclists. Please plan an alternate route to avoid delays or plan extra time when using this route.

Travel with caution through construction zones, watch for work crews and equipment, and obey all traffic personnel and signs, including construction speed limits. Thank you for your patience.

A friendly reminder for those with Extended Health Insurance, most plans will reset January 1st. This means if your plan has a deductible, you will need to pay that off fist prior to your specific plan’s coverage kicks in. We do not have access to how much your deductible is nor do we know your plan’s coverage. This is for you to review through your health insurance plan.

Thank you for supporting our food bank drive for the SHARE Family and Community Services. We collected $85 and 82lbs of food items. Tis the season of giving and goodwill🌲❄️💕

Join us on December 20 to celebrate the arrival of the CPKC Holiday Train. Performers this year include the Ba*****ed Ladies!

Locations supporting SHARE's Food Banks:
- Port Moody from 5:15-5:45pm behind the Recreation Centre on Ioco Road
- Port Coquitlam from 6:45-7:15pm at Coquitlam Central Station, Kingsway Avenue & Mary Hill Road

At both locations, there will be volunteers collecting cash and food to support SHARE's Food Bank, and lots of other free activities, in addition to the train and the music.

Arrive early and bring a food or cash donation to support our community!

Lansdowne Massage Therapy is once again helping collect non perishable food and cash donations for SHARE Family and Community Services. From December 1-19 please consider bringing cash or supplies from this most needed items to the clinic. We appreciate your support and helping those in need in our community.
