We are now offering expanded hours and availability for Registered Massage Therapy services to
help you overcome the cold-weather aches and pains on our heated massage tables and skilled practitioner hands. 🙌
About Kevin: Kevin uses various techniques including trigger point therapy, relaxation massage,
myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and neuromuscular techniques. Kevin is passionate about sports
injuries and can provide deep tissue massage. Kevin will be working Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
About Andrew: His treatments include a range of techniques such as Swedish massage, soft tissue
therapy, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, and deep tissue massage. Andrew is committed to
supporting patients by carefully listening to their concerns and providing clear education about their injury
and recovery process. Andrew will be working Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
About Adriana: Adriana is in the final phase of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist and is providing massage
services at a discounted rate until mid March when she will obtain her full RMT license. Adriana will be
working Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Student Massage Rates:

Cortnie is a board certified Registered Massage Therapist. Using a combination of relaxing Swedish techniques and therapeutic soft tissue manipulations, she creates a treatment plan best suited for each patients needs with treatments ranging from stress and anxiety management and reduction to rehabilitation of injury and dysfunction.

Golfer’s Elbow? It’s not just for golfers!

Golfer’s elbow is caused by overuse of the forearm muscles,leading to pain on the inside of the elbow. Whether you’re swinging a club or lifting at the gym, this injury can affect anyone.

What to watch for:
* Pain or tenderness on the inside of the elbow
* Stiffness in the elbow joint
* Weakness in the wrist or hand
* Discomfort when gripping, lifting, or flexing the wrist
* Tenderness to touch

We had an amazing team-building and learning session with last week! 🙌✨

Here are some key takeaways we learned:
1️⃣ Vertigo can have many different causes — and not all types are treated the same way.
2️⃣ Dizziness and eye movements are closely connected. Observing eye movement can reveal a lot about the source of someone’s dizziness.
3️⃣ Migraines can sometimes feel like vertigo, but isn’t necessarily vertigo and can be mistakenly diagnosed.
