OT Performance & Rehab is hiring.

We are looking for driven coaches with athletic backgrounds and prior strength and conditioning and/or training experience.

Part-time role starting from 3 PM onward, with the potential for growth.

• Work with youth and high school athletes across multiple sports
• Athlete-centered environment focused on long-term development
• Strong team culture with opportunities to grow as a coach
• Potential to train and build a roster of adult training clients

OT Performance Rehab x HYROX Vancouver

Our physios don’t just treat athletes—they train like athletes.
Two of our physiotherapists are preparing for HYROX Vancouver on December 21, putting in the same strength, conditioning, and endurance work we prescribe to our clients every day.

At OT Performance Rehab, our approach to sports physiotherapy, injury prevention, and performance rehab is built on real training experience. HYROX demands a powerful mix of running mechanics, functional strength, mobility, and efficient movement under fatigue—all core principles in our programming.

This session focused on:
• HYROX-specific conditioning and movement prep
• Strength development for sled pushes, pulls, and carries
• Running technique and pacing strategy
• Mobility + stability work to reduce injury risk
• Performance-based progression tailored for competition
