We’re not your average YTT school - and honestly? That’s on purpose.

When I went to university years ago, I remember sitting in a giant room with 30+ people, feeling like one of many. I didn’t feel seen. I didn’t feel like my voice mattered. And that experience shaped the way we built our 230-hours yoga teacher training.

That’s why we deliberately cap our YTT cohorts at 14 people. Not because we can’t squeeze more in (we could, easily). But because I never want a student to feel like they’re just a face in the crowd.

We’d rather know your story, hear your questions, and help you discover your own voice as a teacher. That’s what makes you a great yoga teacher - not memorizing a script or getting into the “perfect” pose.

The biggest mistake other YTTs make? They train teachers who know postures… but not teachers who can connect.
