We have proudly become the leader in non-medical seniors services including assistance and accompaniment that includes transportation for seniors and those with disabilities. We have expanded operations into BC, Ontario and most recently, Saskatchewan. Our mandate is to provide spouses, caregivers and adult children an avenue of respite in the caring of their aging parents. Our service improves the quality of life for seniors and those with disabilities. We listen carefully to the challenges that each client faces and meet those needs on an individual basis. Having plants in the house are a great benefit to your mental health. Having plants you can eat are even better. All you need is some windowsill space, some pots, soil and seeds. You could even buy the plants ready grown if you wish. Just make sure they’re regularly watered and have good drainage.
