And yet… doing this important work can feel unbearably heavy when you’re doing it alone.
This is why While the Children Play was born.
A space for parents, including those raising neurodivergent, sensitive, spirited, or deeply feeling kids, to exhale, be understood, and remember that you’re not “behind,” you’re not “failing,” and you’re not meant to do this in isolation.
Inside these gatherings, we talk about the real things:
• the exhaustion behind trying to be gentle when you’re overwhelmed
• the guilt that creeps in no matter how much you love your child
• the stress of expectations (your own, society’s, family’s)
• the heartbreak and confusion of big emotions — theirs and yours
• the invisible load of breaking patterns you didn’t choose but refuse to pass down
This isn’t another advice session or parenting class.
It’s community.
It’s grounding.
It’s the shared knowing of: Oh… you feel that too.
Because our children are not here to test us.
They are here to open us — to call us into the most evolved, centered, honest version of ourselves.
And when we do this work together, something shifts.
The shame softens. The nervous system unwinds.
The path becomes clearer.
And parenting feels less like survival and more like connection.
If you’ve been craving a circle of parents who get it — truly get it — come join us While the Children Play.
No pressure. No judgment. No performance.
Just real conversations, real support, real relief.
Comment PLAY or send me a message and I’ll share the upcoming dates.
You don’t have to hold all of this alone. We’re right here with you.
