We’re excited to welcome Angèle Thompson, RSSW – Registered Social Service Worker, to the team at Health Within.

With over 20 years of experience, Angèle provides compassionate, client-centred support to children, adults, and families. Her areas of focus include anxiety, stress management, behavioural challenges, and parenting support.

Bilingual in English and French, Angèle is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Angèle will be seeing clients at our 5th Street location, with evening and weekend appointments available.

She is also offering a free 15-minute phone consultation to help determine if her services are the right fit. To arrange a free phone consultation, please email angelethompsonrssw@gmail.com

Insurance & Payment:
Direct billing is currently being set up. At this time, payment is required at the time of the appointment, and clients can submit receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement. Coverage for services may vary, so we encourage you to check with your provider regarding eligibility.

Winter boots have been winning the battle at our front entrance lately. Snow, slush, and wet boots make it tricky to keep things dry, so we’ve added boot trays, a boot brush, a shop vac, and a ramp to help manage the mess and make the entrance more accessible.

We don’t always see when the entrance needs a quick vacuum, so if you notice it getting wet, please let us know.

Because let’s be honest — no one likes a wet sock.
