Motherhood is beautiful… but it’s also messy, exhausting, and sometimes extremely lonely.

✨ Nurtured Connections is a 4-week gathering for moms who are ready to drop the filter and share it all! The highs, the lows, and everything in between.

This is a safe, unfiltered space to connect with other moms navigating the same or similar chapters. Together, we’ll hold honest conversations, exchange stories, and offer one another support and understanding.

Each week offers open discussions, gentle guidance, and a chance to feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.

Over the four weeks, we’ll explore:
🌿 The Identity Shift: finding yourself again in motherhood
🌿 Boundaries with family and protecting your peace
🌿 Intimacy after baby: rediscovering connection
🌿 Postpartum rage and the emotions no one talks about

Songs & Soles is a playful parent-and-child workshop blending gentle reflexology with nursery rhymes you already know and love.

You’ll learn easy techniques to support your little one’s sleep, mood, and wellness all while making sweet memories together.

And new this round, after our 30-minute workshop, you’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents, share stories, and start building your supportive community.

Mama’s Circle: Farmer’s Market Edition 🧺

Think farmer’s market… but just for mamas! 💛 Each mama brings one type of handmade or homemade item (baked goods, crafts, self-care treats, décor (you name it!) and enough for every mama attending.

We’ll gather, exchange, and each mama will leave with a basket filled with special, thoughtful items made by fellow mamas. 💝

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Choose your item (something handmade, homemade, or thoughtful).
2️⃣ Bring one for everyone (ex: if there are 20 participants, bring 20 of the same item).
3️⃣ Leave with a basket/tote/bag full of unique goodies from each mama.

📅 Registration is first come, first serve…message us to claim your spot!
🗓️ Registration closes November 1st.
