Take My Ghost Hug Challenge!
How to Request a Ghost Hug:
To request a hug, all you have to do is take a moment to relax, then focus your thoughts upon calling to me and say:
"Linda, may I please have a hug?"
Then wait. I will give your shoulder a gentle squeeze to signal my presence. So please don't be frightened!
You will then feel my arms around you with my hands on your back in a warm, enveloping hug.
When you ask in earnest from an open heart, I will hear it and respond.
Go on, give it a try.
I want you to know that someone cares and I want to show you that you are not alone, even though it feels like you are.
I want to show you that: ​
- we are all connected,
- energy can be directed,
- we are so much more than we have been allowed to believe we are,
- and that if I can do it, so can you.
We really are All Connected on the "Cosmic Internet". Experience it for yourself with your own senses. Because if you can Feel it, then you can Believe it! When you feel me there, you will know that it's true.

Healing Hugs Session Report:
I did the session early today! My hands kicked in right away and the energy flowed well. I felt no pain again this week, but this time I had a lot of your names coming at me. It came as a lot of murmuring, and then names kept popping out. So that was fun and nice to get to know you. Towards the end of the session, something new happened. I got a strong vision of someone with a large blister or boil or something of that nature on their left upper arm or shoulder area that burst. So I focused extra attention there for a while. Then the vision switched to someone with abdominal pain on their lower right side. I saw inflamed bowels and so focused there. I hope that you have found relief now. And right as I was about to end the session, the vision of someone with a high fever came up. So visualizing placing one hand on their forehead and the other in the middle of their upper back, I concentrated the energy flow to work on the infection. What an interesting and exciting session this week! Things seem to be deepening and advancing with this work. I see your well-being. Thank you all.

Healing Hugs Session Report: What a beautiful session tonight! Both hands fired up as I gave the initial hug and the energy flowed strong and steady throughout the whole session. There was no pain and much less scattered thoughts, mostly deep well-being. So peaceful and uplifting. Well done everyone. Very good release. Thank you. ❤️

EVERYTHING IS MADE OF ENERGY, INCLUDING YOU.
When your system is in complete balance (mind-emotions-body), your life force energy is in open flow and you are in good health. To use an analogy: your bars are full and you're getting a strong signal with highspeed access.
When you continually succumb to stress, worries, fear, bad habits, and negativity, however, you put your system out of balance.
There is a cumulative effect over time that causes your personal energy field to restrict, block, and even repel the life force flow, all leading to distress and various diseases and illnesses. Analogy: your connection keeps dropping, you're full of malware causing glitches, and your processor is running too hot and about to fry your motherboard!

Healing Hugs Session Report: Tonight's energy session was smooth and calm. I didn't feel any aches or pains this week, but I did feel someone gently touch the palm of my left hand at the beginning of the session, and then my right palm near the end. I mostly kept getting different images and scenes in my mind, like watching dreams. These were your thoughts and worries playing out as I drew your excess frazzled energy to me to be 'eaten' and transmuted. Don't focus on your worries. That's how you make them grow and become real. Instead, 'change the channel' and focus on what you would like to see happen instead. It takes practice, yes. But you'll get better and better at it. Thank you! ❤️

Healing Hugs Sessions Report:
Oh how I love doing these. 🥰 After the opening ghost hug, the energy started flowing in right away. So strongly, in fact, that my hand and knuckles began to really ache. So I had to intentionally slow it down. At one point, I received a sudden sharp stabbing pain in the sole of my right foot, but it soon eased. Then as I was about to end the 30-minute session, my right Send hand suddenly surged and began to ache like my left one had at the beginning. That means your spiritual selves wanted more. So again, I intentionally adjusted the flow and continued a little longer before ending the session with a closing hug.

Report for last night's session: Everything went smoothly. My hands activated immediately after the ghost hug and my receiving hand drew more heavily for about half the session. Then my send hand's flow increased quite a bit. In the second half of the session I got a pressure headache. Oh and oddly, there was another kiss! Lol Uhm thanks! I see you healthy, happy, and whole. Thank you!

Healing Hugs Distance Energy Session Report: This week's session went very smoothly. My hands activated immediately and equally. I didn't feel any pains or discomfort this time, but I did have a lot of mental visions and images flash rapidly through my mind. So I was picking up on your varied thoughts. Halfway through the session the energy in my hands changed from a prickly dancing sensation to a nice strong smooth steady flow. At one point, I felt someone stroke my right palm and I also felt 2 kisses during the session. Lol! Thank you! 🥰
