Getting Unplugged doesn't mean never using screens but being more intentional about how, when and why we use them. So instead of watching cartoons for hours, make it an event you can do together. Watching together on weekends, rainy afternoons or when your child is home sick can make the show extra special. Ask your child to explain the show and let them share what they find interesting.
