Today is National Time to Talk Day—a day dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health by simply starting a conversation.
Whether it’s over a cup of coffee, on a walk, or via a quick text, checking in on someone (or being honest about how you are doing) can make all the difference. You don't need to be an expert to listen; you just need to be there.
