This is a journey into the hidden corners of ourselves—the deep, less seen aspects that Peter Levine reminds us carry unprocessed emotion, often stuck in the body.
As David Wolfe shares in his book Healing, it is through mindful presence and compassionate self-awareness that we can release these old patterns.
We will come together using the power of breath and intention—tools Peter Levine calls the bridge between body and mind. We’ll ground ourselves, set a clear intention, and let the breath guide us inward, where we can unlock and soften the heart, body, and consciousness. In this safe space, we follow David Wolfe’s wisdom: we transmute stuck emotions and memories into self-love and acceptance.
This practice is both active and passive, as we soften our conscious mind and enter a deeper state within.
I will guide you, just as Levine suggests, with breath, sound, and Reiki—holding you in a safe container for what needs to arise.
We close with a soothing sound bath, letting your nervous system integrate the work and settle into peace.”
