What a wonderful afternoon at the Women’s High Tea event held at the Best Western celebrating the amazing women of Cornwall and SD&G!

It was such a lovely event filled with inspiring speakers, delicious treats and of course plenty of tea. Events like this are such a great reminder of how strong, supportive and inspiring our community of women truly is.

I had the pleasure of being there alongside Dr. Draper from Spine Care Plus. It was so nice to see so many wonderful women I already knew, while also having the chance to meet many amazing new women. I truly hope our paths cross again soon!

Thank you to the organizers for putting together such a beautiful event that brings women in our community together. Happy early international women’s day! 💕🫖🎀👗💐

I’m so grateful to have been part of the Youth Engagement Fair tonight at the Benson Centre!

It was wonderful connecting with youth, families and other community members and sharing more about Cornwall Counselling & Support Services. I always appreciate the chance to answer questions and talk about the importance of accessible mental health support for people in our community.

You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy.

Therapy is also for:
• High-functioning anxiety
• Feeling stuck, even when you can’t explain why
• Relationship patterns you’re ready to break
• Burnout that no vacation seems to fix
• A deeper desire to understand yourself

You’re allowed to want support, even if everything ‘’looks fine’’ from the outside.

🔹 This high-energy, interactive event is designed to connect youth (ages 11–17) with local organizations, services, and opportunities that support their well-being, interests, and future goals.

🎟️ A fun passport challenge that encourages youth to visit exhibitor booths and learn about available programs – with prizes to be won! 🏆

Excited to be spending the next two full days in advanced s*x therapy training with renowned S*xologist, S*x Therapist, Counsellor & Author Dr. Tammy Nelson!

We’ll be diving into the importance of s*x in long-term relationships including effective strategies for creating deeper intimacy, stronger s*xual connection and greater fulfillment.

S*x therapy isn’t just about technique. It’s about safety, communication, vulnerability, desire and helping couples reconnect in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

I’m committed to ongoing learning so I can continue offering thoughtful, informed and up-to-date support to the individuals and couples I work with.

No matter how much education you have or how many years of experience you bring to the room, there is always something new to learn and important things to be reminded of.
