MEET Kristie, the newest addition to the Broken Squirrel Yoga Team!
Yoga has the capacity to take you to the edge of who you consider yourself to be and
supports you in redefining your reality. Kristie teachs with a focus on cultivating stability through somatic movement, breath, and meditation—creating the support from which an inspired life can grow. 🧘♂️
Kristie specializes in guiding Somatic Meditation – where nervous system regulation can be felt in the body through meditative awareness. It is in this state that we re-establish of the body’s natural ability to move through cycles of activation/deactivation with ease. She has studied with Yogrishi Vishveketu for the past 10 years in the holistic style of Akhanda Yoga as a 500hr RYT, with additional training in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga practices. ✨
