Why is working the spleen reflex so important in each session? Our spleen plays an important role in maintaining a healthy immune system. It helps to fight germs in the blood. It helps to control the levels of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. And it also acts as a filter to remove old or dead red blood cells.

Why is it so important to work the brain reflexes during a reflexology session? Well, the brain has soooo many functions! It regulates every process in our body. The brain and the spinal cord make up the Central Nervous System. So working the brain reflexes is not only good for supporting mental health, but it also supports the balancing of the body as a whole. Reflexology is a holistic way of supporting our health and bringing the body and mind back to balance.

*growing pains

A session of 30 minutes is just the right amount of time for babies and kids up to 12 years old. For our older kiddos, an hour session is best. Have more questions? Please let me know!
