New Instructor..same face ✨

Hi Everyone!

Many of you already know me from my past four years at Aligned Movement, and I’m so excited to share that I’ll be joining our incredible team of instructors starting Sundays this Spring semester.

Pilates has helped me build a deep connection to my body and functional movement. I truly believe every body is a Pilates body, and that with the right movement we can stay strong and mobile at any age.

My love for this community and the transformational benefits of pilates inspired me to complete my instructor training, and I can’t wait to start moving with you all soon! 🤍

In the meantime you can attend Community Pop-Up classes with me over our Spring Break semester. $19 Drop-in, BOOK NOW ⬇️

Rachel's Gentle Refine class is now called Move Well 🌿

Move Well is a carefully guided Reformer Pilates class designed for older adults and anyone managing injuries, stiffness, or movement limitations. This class focuses on safe, effective exercises that help you build strength, improve balance, and move with greater confidence in everyday life.

With smaller ranges of motion and thoughtful progressions, Move Well emphasizes joint-friendly movement, core support, posture, and stability. Each exercise is adaptable, allowing you to work at your own pace while receiving clear guidance and support.

This class is ideal if you:

Want to improve mobility and reduce stiffness.
Are returning to exercise after injury or time off.
Want gentle strength and stability training.
Are looking for a slower-paced, and supportive class.
Want to maintain independence and move with ease.

Expect a welcoming, encouraging environment where the goal is simple: helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life.

Hello to our beautiful community,

Please take a look at this Spring Break Schedule as some of our offerings will change for the two week period from March 23rd - April 7th.

You may notice Ashley has joined the schedule for Community Pop-Ups. 🌸🌼 Pop-up classes are open level offerings that support our talented apprentice teachers as they gain experience. These classes are an $18 drop-in. Come move, connect, and cheer them on with us.

Your safety always comes first! Here’s how we handle winter weather:

• If school district 71 are closed, our studio will also be closed.

• If a teacher can’t safely make it in and we can’t arrange coverage, you’ll receive both an email and text notification — and we’ll also post updates on socials.

• If we’re open, our regular 12-hour cancellation + waitlist policies still apply.
