Whether you’re navigating transition, dealing with trauma, or simply looking to connect, we’re here to walk that path with you. Where military experience meets clinical expertise to deliver care that understands and supports our veterans and service members.

REDOUBT is a community of CAF veterans helping veterans through coaching, peer support, and psychotherapy. We remember those who gave their lives for the freedoms we hold dear, and we stand with the Veterans and families who carry their legacy forward.

🕊️ Looking to Give Back This Remembrance Day?

Join the community clean-up at St. Andrew’s Cemetery on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Help honour local veterans by tidying the grounds where many are laid to rest.

Bring leaf-gathering tools if you have them- refreshments will be provided. It’s a small act of service that carries deep meaning.

Looking to give back this year?

St. Andrew’s Cemetery is inviting everyone in the community to come help with the fall cleanup at St. Andrew’s Cemetery.

The cleanup is Saturday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. until noon. Remember to dress warmly, as this is a rain or shine event, and bring your gloves, rakes, wheel barrels, gas leaf blowers, etc.

Our past Bonus Walk went so well that we have decided to make it an addition to our Farmer's Footprints schedule! 🌳🥾

There will now be a walk every Monday and Friday!

The following information is for Monday, November 10th:

What: ~4km hike

Where: GPS “Manfield Drive Parking Lot”, parking lot located here

When: Monday November 3rd - 10:45 AM meet up

Go stretch those legs! 🏃
