Our schedule has been updated and includes some new offerings! We now have Pilates 2 nights a week…Tuesdays from 7-8pm and Fridays 5:30-6:30pm. Special offer this month…you can come try one class FREE!! (Note, no class Friday March 6)
Also new this month is the addition of our morning Hatha class, Wednesdays from 10-11am.
Are you getting bored with your exercise routine? Or perhaps you’ve been hitting the gym hard and you’re feeling a little too stiff and sore. 😣 Both of these classes are perfect for your rest and recovery day, and will complement your fitness goals. Life is all about balance. ⚖️
