This week I want to express gratitude. First, this group of Men (many of whom aren't pictured here) have completely transformed my life. They have shown me a new path of masculinity and what it means to be a Man. Not only strong, protective and providing, but vulnerable, soft, and gracious too. They have helped me show up better for my family, my kids, my partner, my business, and my community which I am eternally grateful for. They have shown me the way my internalized pain bled out on the people I loved and showed me that while it is my responsibility to do the work, I don't have to do it alone. If you are a Man or have a Man in your life who is interested in moving towards the best Man he can be, reach out, if there are 2 things I love talking about in this world, it's Floating and Men's Work.
