What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)?

The focus on an NTP is to help support individuals' health and vitality through individualized holistic nutrition and lifestyle factor's, as well as supporting nutritional and physiological deficiencies.

We are trained to support optimal function of the body by assessing and addressing the health of the diet, digestive system, blood sugar regulation system, fatty acid status, mineral balance, and hydration levels. NTPs also incorporate analysis of lifestyle habits including sleep, stress, movement and environmental considerations to provide holistic recommendations that drive client success.

It’s Friday! Do you know what you’re doing for dinner tonight? If you’re stuck might I recommend popping to Edible Island Whole Foods Market’s freezer section and picking up some Victorian Acres sausages?

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I teach intuitive whole-food eating and clean living habits to improve quality of life. Do you want to feel better in your body but aren't sure where to start? Overwhelmed with how much conflicting information there is? Keep being told there's nothing wrong with you but you continue to be highly symptomatic? This is where I come in!!

I've been living in a chronically ill body for 35 years now, and having only found "answers" in the past ~3 years, I know what it's like to live in a body that holds you back, physically and mentally. I'd like to share more of my story in the future, I became an NTP because it was an NTP who identified dysfunctions that allowed me to change my outcome, before them, I was just getting sicker and sicker, and losing more and more of myself.

I want to help others with what I've learned through my education, research, and existence in a combative body system. I want you to love this experience we call life, and know that even when it goes sideways, you can influence your own outcomes and take back control of your health!
