Research has shown that the impact of an infertility diagnosis on your mental health is similar to that of a cancer or congestive heart failure diagnosis.

That’s huge. It’s heavy. And it’s worthy of support.
Often your friends and family don’t know what to say. Their well meaning but misguided comments hurt. You don’t know where to turn and you keep it inside.

Reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness. It’s self advocacy and kindness.

I’m Tasha, a Registered Social Worker, a perinatal therapist, and an IVF mom. I’ve been in the trenches of infertility and pregnancy loss. I understand the grief, the frustration, and the anger. Now I am privileged to support many folks through their fertility journey.

The holiday season can feel extra tricky when you’re experiencing infertility or loss.
I am pleased to be able to offer a special support group this holiday season to hold space for the complex feelings that the holidays bring, explore grounding tools, setting boundaries, and survival tips. All of your feelings are welcome here.

When: Dec 18 630-8pm
Where: the beautiful new space

This group is offered in partnership with and free to attend. It is open to anyone on a fertility or loss journey who could use a bit of extra support around the holiday season.
