If you are a teen or adult looking for a warm and compassionate space to work toward greater well-being, please feel free to get in touch. We can support you to foster your strengths and resources, gain clarity about yourself and your journey, process trauma, and learn skills to support healthy relationships and well-being. Emma Hutchinson is the owner/creator of Riverpath, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). She provides talk-based therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based tools, and an Internal Family Systems-informed approach. Common issues that Emma works with are nurturing self esteem, transforming shame, addressing anxiety, finding a sense of direction and purpose, and processing difficult life circumstances such as loss. Emma offers in-person, walk and talk, and online options.
