How to make Rose light bath salt’s 🌹


Recipe:
- 1/2 cup Epsom salts
- 1/4 cup powdered milk ( optional )
- 1/4 cup oatmeal (optional )
- 1 teaspoon of Rose Light 3%
- 15 drops of Ylang Ylang
- 15 drops of Copaiba Balsam
- 2 tablespoons of rose petals ( optional)

The City of Courtenay is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life in Tumbler Ridge.

On behalf of Courtenay City Council and our community, we extend our sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives. Our thoughts are with the students, staff, first responders and all those affected during this difficult time.

Courtenay stands in solidarity with the people of Tumbler Ridge.

Flags at all City facilities will be lowered to half-mast on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
