The word “meditation” itself doesn’t specify much—simply closing your eyes isn’t meditation.
In Indian traditions, it refers to Dhyana, which becomes Chan in China and Zen in Japan.
Meditation isn’t something you do; it’s a quality that arises naturally.
Like flowers blooming from well-nourished soil, meditativeness blossoms from right inner conditions.
But today’s world seeks results without process—flowers without soil or sunlight.
True meditation is life-oriented, not just about the body, mind, or emotions.
It is about touching the very essence of life itself.
