FREE MEDITATION NOVEMBER 10,17 and 24 at 8 am with Rohith. Meditation is an inner empowerment that lets you act in the world yet remain untouched by it.
The word “meditation” itself doesn’t specify much—simply closing your eyes isn’t meditation.
In Indian traditions, it refers to Dhyana, which becomes Chan in China and Zen in Japan.
Meditation isn’t something you do; it’s a quality that arises naturally.
Like flowers blooming from well-nourished soil, meditativeness blossoms from right inner conditions.
But today’s world seeks results without process—flowers without soil or sunlight.
True meditation is life-oriented, not just about the body, mind, or emotions.
It is about touching the very essence of life itself.

National Day of Truth and Reconciliation 🧡
Classes are in session today as we know many people come to The Studio to heal and for support + connection.

September 30th is Orange Shirt Day and the now federally recognized National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. We take today to reflect in support of the significance of the past, to continue to educate ourselves and, most importantly, the younger generations on the history of residential schools and the acts of Indigenous injustice. Today we honour and pay respect to the lost children and to stand in support of the survivors, their families, and communities.
