All the fun products - both delicious and therapeutic - to accompany your sauna time. One of our all-time favourites - HAGINA JAPANESE MINT OIL! Use in sauna stone water as a strong, mentholated infusion or use directly on skin for sore muscles apres sauna. Whatever you do - use it in small quantities :) this stuff is STRONG!

The comfort food of sauna bathing! One of those sauna sessions that's impossible to describe, this earthy, humid, natural experience has been used for centuries for relaxation and to cleanse body and soul.

Bundles of birch or oak are re-hydrated and 'whisked' across your body. The mechanics feel like a car wash for your body :) but the heat makes this an almost transcendent experience for many. A cold dip, food and drink and the luxurious coffee scrub top off our interpretation of this old tradition.
