Here is a resource I am so proud to be a part of. Pacific Perinatal Foundation is an organization born from a deep passion of wanting to help people who have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss, infant loss. I am one of the counsellors on a team of many helping to heal reproductive trauma.

There are wonderful mental health resources beyond my practice. The Y provides online programs for BC residents, even if they prioritize promotion within their specific region first. Currently there are spots for both Teen and Youth groups.
