WEEKEND WARRIOR YOGA

Warrior 1
This relaxing yoga practice is a great way to ease into the weekend, whether you’re an experienced yoga practitioner or you don’t know your lotus from your child’s pose. A slower practice focusing stretching, mobility and functional movement.
