POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
We are seeking Part Time house cleaners in our residential cleaning division of our company. This could evolve into Full Time to the right applicant.
OUR AWESOME CREWS:
Work in teams and must have strong work ethics, are reliable, have the ability to multitask, are organized, physically fit team players with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to work in our fast paced environment. Each team cleans between 4-5 houses a day.
OUR WORK DAYS:
Our regular work schedule is Monday to Friday - No Weekends! - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We require flexibility. Some days are earlier and some days are later.
PART TIME means part week, not part of a day, working 2, 3 or 4 days, but still within our hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
FULL TIME means Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
PAID TRAVEL TIME:
Employees travel as a Team in Company Vans and are PAID Travel Time.
Employees are paid from 8am until Company Van returns to yard
Most cleaning services do not compensate for travel and use employee vehicles
OUR REGULAR DUTIES:
Duties will include all aspects of a Very Detailed Cleaning - bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting and vacuuming etc. This position requires applicants to be physically fit.
OUR WAGE:
Above competitive rate
Wage starts at $17.00 during training.
Everyone trains at different speeds and raises are based upon speed and quality.
Wage will increase up to $19.00 per hour with your effort. Coupled with our Quality Bonus the wage is equivalent to $21.00 per hour.
The wage increases are completely up to you and is based solely upon how much effort you put into learning.
STAFF INCENTIVES:
Quality Workers will earn up to an EXTRA $75.00 per week
Dental and Prescription Coverage up to $1200.00 annually
RRSP Employee 50 / Employer 50
We PAY Travel Time between houses.
An annual BONUS $300.00 compounded on the anniversary of hire date. $300.00 first year, $600.00 second year, $900.00 third year and continues to grow to a maximum $2100.00 each year thereafter.
Special Day’s Bonus.

This position requires applicants to understand, we deep clean houses all day and all that type of cleaning entails. So if you do not like being mobile, physically moving and cleaning - Do Not Apply.
We have more than enough work if you are seriously interested in working and because we work as teams applicants must be seeking employment within the perimeters of our posted requirements.
As the hours of work do not coincide with public transportation service hours, you must have guaranteed transportation to and from work.
