Acupuncture, herbal remedies, and dietary changes help to restore balance, and improve overall well-being during this life transition. Summer Wellness with Traditional Chinese Medicine ☀️🌿

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Summer is associated with the Heart and the element of Fire - a season of growth, activity, and expansion 🫶

As the days get warmer, TCM encourages us to align with the season by supporting cardiovascular health, calming the mind, and keeping internal heat in balance.

✨Benefits of Acupuncture & TCM in The Summer

🥵 Reduces excess heat and inflammation
🫀 Supports cardiovascular health & circulation
😌 Calms anxiety & restlessness
🍉 Enhances Digestion & appetite regulation
💤 Promotes restful sleep despite longer days

TCM Tip: Eat hydrating and cooling foods such as watermelon, cucumber, and mint. Bitter herbs like chamomile and peppermint can be used in teas to help regulate your internal temperature. Practice mindfulness or meditation early in the morning when yin energy is the strongest.

🌸Book your summer session to stay balanced, energized, and in harmony this season.
