I am thrilled to announce that my friend Dennyse Harris will be joining the IPF teaching team this April!
Dennyse and I have worked together in the past when she was offering her beautiful UBlossom retreats, and I had the privilege of presenting at them. I’ve seen firsthand the care and heart she brings to her work.
Over the past five years, Dennyse has stepped fully into her practitioner role, teaching meditation and supporting others on their wellness journeys. She recently completed her yoga teacher training and is also a certified Meditation & Wellness Coach and Ayurveda Wellness Instructor, with additional certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Pain Care Aware.
Her teaching focuses on gentle, accessible yoga paired with meditation and breathwork techniques that help calm the nervous system. Dennyse creates a space where everyone feels supported, comfortable, and at ease, whether you’re brand new or have prior yoga or meditation experience.
I know her classes will be a wonderful fit at IPF, and I’m so excited for you to experience them.

Each class begins with about 45 minutes of slow, flowing yoga to release tension and connect with the breath, followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation to help you settle your mind and experience relaxation and clarity.
Perfect for anyone curious about meditation but unsure where to start.
Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga or meditation experience required.
